Problem identified on the unit:

• Badly corroded fan shaft
• The motor sheave/pulley was worn
• Damaged fan bearings

Outline of work done on this unit:

•  Fan and motor sheave and motor boss were replaced.
• Fan shaft and bearings were replaced.
• Pulley hub was removed and cleaned
• Belt was replaced.
• Fan pulley and motor pulley were aligned.
• Fan belt was adequately tensioned.
