Background of Job:

To install the motor, assemble & align the Water Maker Pump unit

 The condition of the base on arrival SVL’s workshop

 

The base was prepared and machined

 

The channels were then welded in place

 

The steel plate surface was machined, cut & levelled

 

The plate & motor assembly were then put in position on the skid

 

Replaced:

• The 480 -120V transformer
• The High Pressure pump starter
• The Main Breaker

Removed:

• Starter for Low Pressure pump
• Low oil pressure protection circuit.
