Conversion of 2500 GPM, Electric Motor Driven FWP to Diesel Engine Driven

  • The Pump and Columns were pulled, disassembled and inspected, clearances checked and repaired as required.
  • Columns were fabricated, anodes installed, hydro-tested and then coated.
  • Pump shaft and bowls bushings were replaced.
  • A UL listed, FM approved engine was sourced and a Randolph right angled gearbox was sized accordingly.
  • A drive shaft was sized.
  • The skid was designed, fabricated and tested.
  • Diesel fuel tank was fabricated and tested.
  • A PLC controlled panel was designed and assembled.
  • Engine was wired and tested.
  • Pump, gearbox and engine was installed and aligned.
  • Unit was tested and commissioned.
